The Perfect Tuna Pasta Salad

This tuna pasta salad is delicious, healthy, and nutritionally balanced. It keeps well in the fridge for a few days and makes three serves.

  • Large tin of tuna

  • 1/3 bottle of fat free mayonnaise

  • 1 Dessert spoon of mustard

  • 1 Tspn curry powder

  • Three cups of finely diced or grated vegetables (I used 1 celery stick, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 2 carrots, 2 roma tomatoes, 1 red onion)

  • 125 grams dried pasta.

  • Handful of coriander leaves, coarsely chopped

  • Cook the pasta

  • Grate or dice the vegetables (I used this veggie cutter I got off Catch of the Day which cuts veggies into ‘fine sticks’)

  • Combine everything

Couldn’t be easier!

Just found your blog through ITM and wanted to say ‘hi, blog looks great’! Def try to keep it going – I know it seems like hard work (on top of everything else) from time to time but it is def worth it.

Anyway, have a great day and I hope to see some more posts here soon!
